  • Know organisational and/or legal constraints on the work carried out by trainee installers
  • Know how to communicate work requirements and limitations to trainees
  • Know the types of support and advice that trainees are likely to need and how to respond to these
  • Know the methods and resources required to complete the work to be carried out by trainees, and the hazards associated with them
  • Know the organisational policies and procedures for reporting issues with the work or behaviour of trainees

You must be able to:
